Terms and Conditions
This agreement is entered into by and between E-GUIDER and the subscribers for the provision of digital services as outlined in the E-GUIDER Digital Entrepreneurs Hub Package.
1. Services Provided
1.1 E-GUIDER agrees to provide the Subscriber with the digital services outlined in the subscribed package, including but not limited to website development, subdomain integration, web maintenance, social media setup, digital marketing assistance, landing page solutions, cyber security support, and 24/7 customer support.
1.2 The services provided will be delivered within 72 hours during working days upon subscription confirmation.
2. Ownership of Digital Assets
2.1 All digital assets provided by E-GUIDER, including but not limited to websites, subdomains, digital marketing materials, and other related assets, shall remain the sole property of E-GUIDER throughout the subscription period and thereafter.
2.2 Upon the termination or expiration of the subscription plan, E-GUIDER reserves the right to pause and remove any and all digital assets provided as part of the package without prior consent from the Subscriber.
3. Subscription Plans and Payments
3.1 The Subscriber agrees to pay the subscription fee based on the chosen plan: monthly, 6-month, or 12-month subscription, as detailed in the pricing section of the package.
3.2 Payments are to be made in advance and are non-refundable.
4. Termination of Services
4.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with a written notice to the other party.
4.2 Upon termination, E-GUIDER reserves the right to immediately cease the provision of services and remove all digital assets associated with the subscription plan.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of this Agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 E-GUIDER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the services provided under this Agreement.
7. Governing Law
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of E-GUIDER Admin & Compliance.
By subscribing to the E-GUIDER Digital Entrepreneur Hub Solution package, the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
8.1 E-Guider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
