1. Introduction

Welcome to E-GUIDER’s Agency Partnership Program. By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

  • Agency: E-GUIDER.
  • Client: Refers to the individual or entity participating in the partnership program.
  • Service Fee: The amount paid by the Client for the Collaborative Business Services Empowerment Program
  • Profit Share: The percentage of profit returned to the Client based on their participation in specific business Program.

3. Service Details

  • Minimum Service Fee: ৳12,500/-
  • Minimum Processing Fee: ৳2,500/-
  • Payment Method: Payments can be made via bank transfer or mobile banking.
  • Service Period: The minimum service period is [2-10 years] according to contract.

4. Profit Sharing

  • Profit Percentage: The Client will receive a profit return of 3.5% to 20% randomly.
  • Payment Schedule: Profit shares will be distributed within 30-40 days of each profit realization period.
  • Reinvestment Option: Clients may choose to reinvest their profits, subject to agency conditions.

5. Non-Refundable Service Fee

  • The initial service & processing fee paid by the Client is non-refundable. The fee is intended to cover the costs of business growth and development services provided during the specified period & also to generate profits for both parties.

6. One-Time Service Charge

  • A one-time service charge for processing purposes will be deducted at the beginning of the program. This charge is required to initiate and process the Client’s participation in the partnership program.

7. Contract Term

  • The service contract can be for a maximum duration of 2, 3, 5, or 10 years, depending on the Client’s preference and agreement with the Agency.

8. Digital Observation Dashboard

  • Clients will have access to a digital observation dashboard where they can view projects, profits, losses, accounts, and transaction details.

9. Client Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: The Client must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communication: The Client should maintain prompt communication with the Agency.

10. Agency Responsibilities

  • Project Management: The Agency will manage the business projects diligently.
  • Transparency: The Agency will provide transparency through the digital observation dashboard.
  • Support: Additional support will be provided as specified in the partnership program.

11. Confidentiality

  • The Agency will protect Client data and maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information shared.

12. Liability and Indemnification

  • Limited Liability: The Agency’s liability for any losses is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify the Agency against any claims arising from the Client’s actions or omissions.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Mediation/Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
  • Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh Gov.

14. Amendments

  • The Agency reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

15. Severability

  • If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
