🛠️ Custom Services

  • Refunds are only applicable prior to the start of service delivery.

  • If the project has already been initiated or resources have been allocated, a partial refund may be offered, depending on the remaining undelivered value.

  • Once the service has been delivered, activated, or setup completed, no refunds will be issued.

🎓 Digital Programs & Workshops

  • For live programs or workshops, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start time for refund eligibility.

  • Recorded or self-paced programs are non-refundable once accessed.
