E-GUIDER is a Vilnius and Dhaka based digital business growth and BPO solutions company that helps entrepreneurs and businesses scale. We are looking for a skilled, proactive CSE background candidate to support our Chief Strategy Officer with technical and strategic execution, and to build real software and web projects alongside our team.
Support the CSO with technical and strategic execution by developing websites and software solutions, using AI-assisted workflows to build and ship projects efficiently. You will handle assigned tasks and project deliverables, prepare reports and documentation, and communicate clearly and on time with the CSO and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the CSO with day-to-day tasks, coordination, documentation, and reporting
- Develop websites, web apps, and software solutions for internal and client projects
- Build and ship products using AI-assisted (vibe coding) workflows
- Handle technical troubleshooting, testing, and fixes
- Deliver assigned tasks and projects accurately and on time
Requirements:
Requirements
- Background in CSE or a related field (current students or graduates)
- Ability to develop websites and software (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, WordPress, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with vibe coding and AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Lovable, or similar)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Bangla
- Must own laptop and smartphone with reliable internet

What We Offer
- Fixed monthly honorarium: BDT 1,150 (USD $10)
- Task-based and project-based payments on top of the honorarium
- Total monthly earning potential: up to BDT 10,000 (approx. USD $87), depending on task volume and performance
- Profit share on large technical projects
- Performance-based level advancement, with a chance of permanent placement
- Travel costs reimbursed for work-related visits
