1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using E-GUIDER’s website, services, or subscription packages, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant updates. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Scope of Services

E-GUIDER offers digital business development services including Web Development, Software, LinkedIn Solutions, Digital Marketing, AI, Automation, and Entrepreneur Subscription Packages.

4. Subscription Plans

• Services are activated within 72 business hours after subscription confirmation.
• All subscription payments are made in advance and are non-refundable.
• All digital assets remain E-GUIDER’s property throughout the subscription term.
• Services may be paused or removed upon termination, expiration, or non-payment.

5. Payments & Invoicing

• Invoices must be paid within 5 working days.
• For projects above $150 USD: 50% before start, 25% at 80% completion, 25% before handover.
• For projects below $150 USD: Full advance payment is required.
• Express delivery and extra services may require full or additional payment.
• Outstanding dues beyond 60 working days may result in service suspension or asset removal.

6. Ownership & Liability

• Ownership and liability are transferred upon handover and payment clearance.
• E-GUIDER is not liable for misuse or malfunction of assets after handover.
• Unclaimed assets after 60 days may be forfeited or repossessed.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate with written notice.
• Clients are responsible for completed work and expenses incurred if they terminate early.
• Delayed collaboration may lead to project suspension after 60 days.

8. Confidentiality

• All project-related information is treated as confidential.
• Client strategies or sensitive data will not be disclosed without consent.
• E-GUIDER may retain access for support purposes, revocable by the client anytime.

9. Usage Rules

• Do not engage in illegal activities, harassment, or upload malicious content.
• Respect copyright and intellectual property regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

E-GUIDER is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service usage or interruptions.

11. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify E-GUIDER from any claims or disputes resulting from their use of our services or violations of these terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation or mediation. If unresolved, matters will be governed under the laws of Bangladesh.

13. Handover Acceptance

Clients must confirm project delivery within 3 working days. In the absence of confirmation, delivery is considered automatically accepted.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, United States of America & Lithuania under the jurisdiction of E-GUIDER Admin & Compliance.
